The State of Utah on the behalf of the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) has established this multi-state cooperative contract for Data Communications Equipment and Associated Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Maintenance and Training. California has elected to participate and make this contract available to all State agencies and local government agencies.
