OnTrac provides three easy ways to ship

Waybill

OnTrac provides pre-printed waybills for OnTrac customers.  Our 3 part single waybill is used as a shipping label and record for a single shipment. It is a carbonless transferable form with an adhesive back.

WebOnTrac

OnTrac's web-based shipping application, WebOnTrac, is the fastest way to schedule pickups, prepare shipping labels, check rates and much more. To see this for yourself visit the website at http://www.ontrac.com/
 
On-Trac

For users without web access or require dynamic shipping software we offer On-Trac, a Windows® based stand alone software. This easy to use software supports label printers, scales, and scanners. OnTrac provides computer systems, label printers, scales, paper printers and scanners free of charge based on daily volume requirements. Accessorial Charges

  • C.O.D.  = $6.00 per shipment.  The maximum acceptable C.O.D. amount is $10,000 per shipment.
  • Address Correction = $10.00 per shipment
  • Declared Value - For values in excess of $100, an additional fee of $0.50 per $100 of value (or fraction thereof) will be charged.  The maximum acceptable declared value is $25,000 per shipment.

Pouch Account

  • Daily Service To and From the Same Location
  • $100 Monthly Fee Per Location
  • Basic maximum weight per direction/per day = 15 pounds
  • Additional weight cost is $1.00 per pound, or fraction thereof
  • Pouches Provided Free
  • No Weekly Fees
  • Fuel Surcharge Applies
  • Next Day AM Service
