The State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), has developed this website to provide information about its Small Parcel Delivery Services contracts based on Western State Contracting Alliance (WSCA) Contracts. These agreements provide for commercial and residential delivery services in the following categories: zone-based door-to-door small package (up to 150 pounds), air delivery, expedited (i.e., next day) and pouch.
From this website, you can also access the contracts, the contract User Guide, contract rates and additional services offered by each contractor.
