Introduction
 
The State Contract and Procurement Registration System (SCPRS) was established in 2003 as a centralized database of information on State contracts and purchases over $5000.  For further detail, please see Management Memo 03-09.

This feature allows the general public to download data entered into the SCPRS (in Excel spreadsheet format) dating back to 2003.
