Subject State Price Schedule has been modified to reflect the following changes:

  • Effective March 1, 2007 the following suppliers have been added to this State Price Schedule:
    1. LevelStar, LLC
    2. Global Assistive Devices, Inc.
    3. Synergy Vision
  • Computers Music & Access Technology Consulting (CMAT Consulting) supplier business and services information has been updated.
  • Please note that effective March 1, 2007 the "Listing of Vendors by Type of Disability Served" and the "Alphabetical Listing of Vendors" section of this State Price Schedule (SPS) has been updated on the Department of General Services, Procurement Division website at /pricesched/adaptive/default.htm.
  • The Procurement Division Administrator has been changed from Jeff Jones to Julie Matthews.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
