Our experienced I.T. consultant team specializes in using adaptive technology software and hardware for blind and low vision candidates.  Our approach is comprehensive, and begins with identifying the needs and available technology choices.  There is usually a small testing phase to identify the probable choices and solutions in the context of what equipment and software will be used in the work environment.  We create a work plan for various approvals, which can include purchase of software and hardware, development of customized software scripts, delivery and installation, configuration, training and support.  While we often shield the end-user from some of the technical issues, we engage them in the creation of the training plan.  Our approach to training is individual and usually tiered.  We assemble the training and assistance according to needs and usually perform it with an initial orientation and a few follow-up sessions.
