PLEASE NOTE A REVISION TO THE INFORMATION ON PAGE 2 OF THE SPS UNDER SCOPE, PARAGRAPH 2:

New Language

As defined in Public Contract Code (PCC) Sections 12100.7(e) and 12101.5(b), this State Price Schedule (SPS) is considered to be a contract of indefinite quantity for one or more similar goods, information technology, or services to multiple suppliers. In acquiring goods and services through this SPS, state agencies are required to solicit and obtain offers from three (3) suppliers per Management Memo 03-10. As referenced in PCC Section 12100.7(g), ordering agencies may consider valueeffective selection criteria in choosing a supplier. The selection criteria may include, but not be limited to, supplier experience, product availability, prompt delivery requirements, maintenance service, training and price. Agencies must identify and publish the selection criteria to be used and evaluate each supplier on the same selection criteria. The contract file must be documented as to the solicitation method and selection criteria used.

Lange Consulting Services provides hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, support and training services to blind and visually-impaired individuals who use computers and assistive technology to enhance productivity in their vocational, educational and daily living activities. Supported assistive technology products include screen readers, screen magnifiers, Braille embossers, Braille displays, note takers and self-voicing optical character recognition packages. Home or work site evaluations can also be performed to assess individuals' assistive technology requirements.

The Voice Advantage, Inc. provides Accessibility Computer Training to physically challenged clients using voice recognition software. The Voice Advantage is recognized by the rehabilitation community for the skill and proficiency of its instructors in providing voice recognition software training and evaluations to determine a client's ability to benefit from this training. NorCal has ten offices serving Northeastern California and provides information and referral on deafness. The bookstore sells specialized equipment and devices, and provides consultation and training on that equipment. "Communication Access: Sign and Technology (CAST)" department provides sign language and intermediary interpreting, and real time captioning services. Other services include literacy, supported employment, independent living skill instructions, advocacy and community education.

On Page 40 of the State Price Schedule for the supplier Nexus Solutions, Inc. please delete the reference "(formerly EXAQ Micro Services)".
