DMG (Diversified Management Group) is a California statewide network of return-to-work and ergonomics consultants.  We provide services to employees and employers to facilitate return to work and continued employment of employees with disabilities.  We prepare job descriptions and job analyses identifying the essential functions of the job, along with the physical, environmental and mental job demands.  In addition, we assist in communicating with the physician, as needed, to identify and clarify work restrictions and physical capacities.  DMG also facilitates and documents the interactive process with the employee and employer to identify appropriate accommodations in a timely manner, following the guidelines set forth by the ADA and FEHA.
