Periodic updates to SCM Volume 3 may be made available via e-mail broadcast that departments shall follow until the information can be incorporated into the manual. The SCM Volume 3 will be updated annually or on an as needed basis. Updates to the manual are made available via electronic mail (e mail) broadcasting to department prime contacts.
