Ordering departments executing purchases using ARRA funding must attach the ARRA Supplemental Terms & Conditions document to their individual purchase documents. Departments are reminded that these terms and conditions supplement, but do not replace, standard State terms and conditions associated with this leveraged procurement agreement.
