This supplement is being issued to update the West, a Thomson Business User Guide - Price List, 2A, 2E, AND 2F regarding the removal of Dow Jones Interactive services provided by Factiva. West, a Thomson Business will continue to provide the State with access to the highest quality of news and business information utilizing "Newsroom" (supplied by Dialog) Thomson Financial News and the New York Times which includes exclusive partnership with Market Watch, Inc..
