California's Electronic Financial Marketplace
Welcome to GS $Mart® (pronounced G S Smart), California's award winning innovative concept for government financing. This financial marketplace is designed to facilitate State of California and local government installment or lease purchases, and meets all requirements of a competitively bid process. The goal is to make lease purchase financing easier than financing automobiles and mortgages. The participating lenders have been qualified for doing business with the State of California and the financing plans have been streamlined for easy reading and understanding.
Please note: Due to the State's budgetary crisis there are only a few Lenders currently posting interest rates for GS $Mart program. Please do not assume we can arrange a financing, any financing will be looked at on a one by one basis.
