Specification Development

A specification is a concise and accurate description of the requirements for a product or service, including the procedure by which it can be determined that the requirements have been met. A specification defines what the purchaser wishes to buy and, consequently, what the supplier is expected to provide. Writing concise and sound specifications will make your needs clear to bidders. A well written specification is a valuable tool in resolving disputed supplier performance.
