Supplier Base Management provides support to internal and external customers by monitoring supplier performance.
Supplier Performance Report
The Supplier Performance Report is used by the receiving state agency to report on the quality and timeliness of a contractor's delivery.
The intent is to capture performance histories for use in supplier development and subsequent source selection activities. Efforts are currently underway to automate (scanable) the processing of the current (downloadable but hard copy submitted) form. Accuracy of the performance reports is paramount. Ultimately the process will evolve into a fully web based system.
