Dispute Resolution
DGS-PD's Dispute Resolution group facilitates and mediates resolution of purchasing disputes relative to the acquisition of goods and information technology goods and services. Types of disputes include: protests and complaints against solicitation requirements (for information technology - a.k.a. initial protests); protests against proposed awards; and contract disputes and related issues. This unit also handles DVBE program enforcement litigation.

DGS-PD's Preference Programs group administers the bid preference programs for Target Area Contract Preference Act (TACPA), Enterprise Zone Act (EZA) and Local Agency Military Base Recovery Act (LAMBRA).
