The State of California, Department of General Services (DGS) has an Anti-Viral Supply Program enabling state and local agencies to obtain anti-viral countermeasures to respond to an influenza pandemic.  DGS awarded statewide Master Purchase Agreements on behalf of the California Department of Public Health to Roche Laboratories  and to GlaxoSmithKline, to provide antiviral countermeasures to respond to an influenza pandemic.   Download "Contract Notification" below to obtain information on these Master Purchase Agreements.
