The State of California, Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS/PD) administers statewide commodity contracts for use by State departments and California local governments. Statewide commodity contracts are a type of Leveraged Procurement Agreement (LPA) used as one of the State's main procurement vehicles for leveraging its buying power.

WHAT'S NEW
- 3/16/09 - Effective March 16, 2009, eProcurement is the new portal for the California State Contracts Register (CSCR), the State Contracting and Procurement Registration System (SCPRS), the online Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise queries and the statewide Leveraged Procurement Agreements (LPAs). eProcurement System is now live.
