It is recommended that agencies contract for Visa and MasterCard processing services from a single contractor. State agencies must complete a Standard Agreement STD 213 form and local agencies contract by completing a contract that is mutually agreed upon by the MSA Contractor and the contracting local agency. The contracts must comply with all the requirements of the codes and regulations of the State of California and not conflict with the Request for Proposal, RFP-DGS-OFA-01-CPAS and the referenced MSA. |
