Access Online is a U.S. Bank, password protected, secure Internet website for program management.  Agency Program Administrators may add cards, delete cards, change Merchant Category Codes, set up Approvers, Cardholders and Billing Office Contacts; each with their own unique level of authority to view, approve and assign agency specific accounting codes.

Access Online will allow agencies to download reports, including the Cardholder Statement and Master Invoice the day after cycle date, this will enable agencies to pay quickly and earn the maximum Prompt Payment Rebate.  See Rebates to Agencies
