CMAS Information for Suppliers

Consists of CMAS program information, application instructions and equired documents, contract management information, contract terms and conditions and product/service codes listing identified below:

  • CMAS Contract Application Guide  Revised April 2009 - Provides an overview of the CMAS program and the instructions and forms needed to develop and submit a CMAS contract offer.
  • CMAS Contract Management & Information Guide  Revised October 2008 - Provides contract management for suppliers who already hold a CMAS contract, and other general information pertaining to CMAS contracts.
  • IT Contract Terms and Conditions  Revised July 2006 - Provides the standard CMAS Contract Terms and Conditions the contractor agrees to when submitting an offer to establish a CMAS contract for IT goods and services.
  • Non-IT Services Contract Terms and Conditions  Revised July 2006 - Provides contract terms and conditions for CMAS Non-IT Services which the contractor agrees to when submitting an offer to establish a CMAS contract for Non-IT services.
  • Non-IT Commodities Contract Terms and Conditions  Revised July 2006 - Provides contract terms and conditions for CMAS Non-IT Commodities which the contractor agrees to when submitting an offer to establish a CMAS contract for Non-IT Commodities.
  • Product / Service Codes Listing  Revised May 2009 - Provides a list of product and service codes the contractors must identify (maximum 12) in their offer for a CMAS contract. This list also represents the products and/or services currently used on CMAS contracts.

CMAS Marketing Tools

  • CMAS Marketing Tool Kit  Upon award of your CMAS Contract, the Tool Kit can be used to assist you in marketing your products and/or services to state and local government agencies, school districts, utilities and other entities authorized to expend public funds.
  • CMAS Logo Icons The "Approved CMAS Contractor" logos are available to approved CMAS contract holders for displaying at conferences or on other marketing material. A Login and Password will be given to contractors upon award of their CMAS contract.
